Here's my layout using fringe strips.  I have 7 rows of fringe and it took forever,  Sorry the pics are so dark.  These were when we were in California in 2014.  Went to Sunset Beach for some pics and the sun disappeared very quickly.  These were about the best I had from that evening.

I used my Martha Stewart fringe scissors to create the fringe below the photo on the right side.  Thank you for this fun challenge!  And I discovered that my never used fringe scissors from Martha Stewart are defective.  Now I am on the hunt for another pair.  Wondering if anyone knows who manufactures them?

This was something that I had never done on a layout, before now, and it was so much fun!  Thanks so much for the inspiration and hosting this weekend.

Here is mine...2 layers of fringe.

I did mke my own frinve from an OLD Bo bunny line, but I used my cricut, and I didn't think to ask if that was acceptable.
Either way, here it is...lol.
I did cut 2 lengths of fringe that were 10 inches long, and then the tassle parts on the ends.
This was actually a leather jewelry design cut that I adapted for this...so it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be! LOL ImageImage

This crop has been all about 2004 and Hawaii!
It has been fun to go back in time and relive the first 2 months we were there.
I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Had never done a fringe border before, was fun! I make rag quilts so cutting this wasn't difficult at all lol.

Whew that was fun!  I've had those fringe scissors for some time, but never put them to use!  LOL  Loved using them for this challenge!
