Posting early... busy weekend ahead.
Welcome to the 10th month of this challenge, I am not sure how many months this will run but it has been fun so far. I cannot believe that 9 months have gone by already and I'm so glad you are participating, I love looking at your unique stories about YOU. If you are new here, this challenge came about after a conversation with my 22 year old son about a certain event and how I did not want to include a "bad' picture of myself. He then asked that I include more of myself in our books. It occurred to me that we, the scrappers are usually behind the camera and often fail to scrap ourselves - this is a means to remedy that.
Sooooo....in light of that, this challenge is to get YOU in your albums, your kids albums, your grandkids albums, they want to see YOU!!!
Most, if not all of us have fears. We all have fears about something happening to our loved ones but I am talking about fears that are unique to you. My biggest fear that is unique to me is my extreme fear of alligators. I live in Florida so it something we see a lot. It started not long after my first son was born and I started having terrible nightmares about alligators. Those nightmares continue to this day. I have tried on several occasions to face my fear but I am still afraid. On this day I really wanted to photograph the bird rookery with many types of beautiful wading birds. The only way to do that was to cross the bridge. Hubby held my hand and talked me through it. The shots that I got were well worth it. I tried so hard not to think about the man eating giants right below my feet.
Your challenge this month is to create a layout about one of your fears. How you deal with it, how you overcame it, or how you face it. As always, your layout MUST have a picture of yourself on the layout.
